For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthy, and making sure you mentally take care of yourself. I pride myself in taking your fitness goals seriously so you can experience what your body is capable of while learning to have fun with your fitness journey. 

I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. That’s why my goal is to help you overcome hurdles by finding the right fitness program with the right person. 

I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science, INN Life Health Coach and a Nutritionist. With almost two decades of experience I have worked with individuals from weight loss, injury rehab, bodybuilding, strong man, and military PT.

I have worked with age ranges from 7 to 88 years old!
