I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science, INN Life Health Coach and a Nutritionist. With almost two decades of experience I have worked with individuals from weight loss, injury rehab, bodybuilding, strong man, and military PT.
I have worked with age ranges from 7 to 88 years old!
